ThirdHome ADVENTURES DEFINED

Adventures are small–group meticulously curated and fully organized luxury tours with set departure dates, crafted by ThirdHomeCustom Travel along with our preferred travel partners. ThirdHome Adventures are available to our ThirdHome Exchange members, including their family and friends. Each Adventure features a unique itinerary, blending special hosts with coveted experiences and local insider access. Expertly crafted with the utmost of luxury, you will enjoy the camaraderie with other ThirdHome club members as you experience culturally immersive guided excursions, while also dining together upon some of the most coveted tables in each destination.  Accommodations can range from dwelling within some of the most exquisite boutique hotels, villas, chateaus and manor homes that either exist in our exclusive roster of travel partners’ portfolios or within our club’s portfolio of vetted qualifying residences.

Please note that Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance requires being purchased within 14-days of your Adventure participation deposit payment. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE …

Adventures are open to our Exchange Club Members, Adventure Club Members, along with their families and friends. However top-tier Inner Circle Members of ThirdHome receive priority booking status and preview launches for every Adventure. Some Adventures have age-specific requirements which will be noted clearly within the page description.

WHAT ARE PREMIUM EXPERIENCES & EXTENSION ADD-ONS …

These are exclusive and unique experiences (such as a special cultural enriching moment or an optional excursion) that can be reserved as part of your Adventure, for an additional cost. These unique opportunities provide a deeper enrichment and engagement with the destination’s local culture and most sought-after must-do’s. Each Premium Experience is offered with limited availability and/or may have an advance-purchase requirement or other special restrictions. Also many of our Adventures offer an Extension Add-On package that showcases an entirely different region of the destination or another location opportunity to extend your journey with us for a few more nights. These Extension packages can occur either pre or post of an Adventure. All Extensions have their own unique pricing.

WHAT DOES DOUBLE OCCUPANCY MEAN …

The listed retail price of each Adventure is based on “Double Occupancy” meaning two people sharing accommodations. If one desires to travel solo, then a “Single/Solo” supplemental cost or price is featured under each adventure under the “Adventure Pricing” section of each journey.

WHAT IS A SINGLE PERSON SUPPLEMENT …

A single supplement is a travel industry premium charge for solo travelers when they occupy a room alone – for example this is common practice especially with cruise voyages and cabin pricing. Sometimes an Adventure will operate with the ability to add-on an extra adult or child into one’s accommodations, which will incur an extra person supplement cost.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY DECISION …

Participation in all ThirdHome Adventures are subject to cancellation and/or change fees which are often subject to strictly enforced tour/cruise operator or travel partner penalties once deposits and/or final payments have been processed – for more details please refer to our full Terms & Conditions. Name changes are often permitted but sometimes but sometimes there ares specific reservation requirements established for each Adventure; as such name changes can be subject to change fees and/or penalties, depending on the unique circumstances being requested and the amount of notice provided to us for a change. However, should the need for an Adventure scheduled trip date be cancelled or postponed whether by ThirdHome or by our operating travel partners, then other terms and conditions would apply and we would advise all participants of their options.

WHY IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED …

With all the unforeseen global and personal life-work circumstances that can arise, travelers should protect their travel vacation investment through the purchase of travel insurance protection. ThirdHome Adventures & Custom Travel highly recommends all participants to purchase travel insurance at the time of confirming your spot with a deposit in order to be a confirmed participant in a ThirdHome Adventure. One may opt to purchase travel insurance through either ThirdHome Adventures & Custom Travel options offered (OR) with their own desired travel insurance provider, however insurance must be purchased within 7-14 days of your confirmed deposit (or unless otherwise advised by ThirdHome). FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED …

ThirdHome Adventures accepts all major credit cards. However, personal checks, Exchange Club monetary credits and Keys ARE NOT redeemable nor accepted for payment towards an Adventure.

OMG Liz, Wow! What a great trip we had to Cuba. The Villa was wonderful and staff took good care of us. It was the perfect size group, not too big not too small.
