AN EXCLUSIVE INNER CIRCLE EVENT: THE AMAZON RIVER VOYAGE
THIRDHOME members joined Wade Shealy, THIRDHOME‘s Founder and CEO, and Roger Conner, Senior Vice President of Business Development at THIRDHOME, for a Peruvian Amazon Voyage aboard the elegant Zafiro riverboat to discover earth’s greatest wilderness. They delved deep into the pristine Pacaya-Samiria Reserve, a 5-million-acre labyrinth of flooded forests, lagoons and peaceful creeks. They traveled upriver from the inland port of Iquitos aboard the Zafiro and explored villages and tributaries not accessible by any other means for an authentic immersive experience filled with extraordinary wildlife, flora and fauna. While aboard, they enjoyed luxurious amenities, tasted fresh Amazon fusion cuisine, viewed wildlife on hikes, fished for piranhas, explored by small-boat excursions and kayaks along the Amazon and met the welcoming locals of the riverside villages.

Accommodations
We explored the Amazon River onboard the luxury boutique Zafiro ship, operated by International Expeditions. The vessel’s all-suite accommodations and public areas offer modern comforts and rich blend of stylish designs. Suites include magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, en-suite luxurious bathrooms, a desk, ample closet space and air-conditioning. A ship staff and crew of 25, including a cruise director and local naturalist guides, are joined by an Expedition Leader to ensure an unprecedented level of service.
