NO KEYS ARE REQUIRED FOR ROAD TRIP ADVENTURES

Road Trip Travel Planning Fees – starting from $100 per route

Each personalized Road Trip can vary based on several factors such as the number of travelers, how many active days of planning, the complexity of activities and regional experiences required.  These details will be discussed on the collaboration call, along with your itinerary route and desired inclusions. The Road Trip fee will then be charged to the member’s credit card up-front. In addition, members will receive a Custom Travel invoice reflecting all itinerary requested services and add-ons that will require payment processing through THIRDHOME Adventures.

Due to the personalized crafting process of each unique Road Trip, we recommend that members provide at least 3 weeks’ notice for this custom travel planning service.

The THIRDHOME Custom Travel Road Trip Planning Fee is required to begin the process and is charged to a Member’s credit card up-front. Per our THIRDHOME Adventures & Custom Travel Terms & Conditions, all travel planning deposits and fees are non-refundable if Member opts to cancel their trip; in addition, any cancellation penalties and/or change fees could also be incurred for any booked services provided or operated by the travel/tour partners, hoteliers and rental car/airline providers involved in your customized Road Trip adventure. If the destination and/or route is changed per your request, either a change fee would be incurred or a new road-trip travel planning fee would apply. THIRDHOME highly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance for all Road Trip Adventures.
