THE SMALL-GROUP SIZE

Our Adventures are purposefully kept small, allowing for a more intimate, engaging and rewarding experience for everyone within each location and activity we have curated.

This is a small-group tour with a maximum occupancy of 18-20 Adults

Important Note: This Adventure requires the participation of 18-20 people (9-10 luxury bedrooms); should the number of participants be less than this required number, Thirdhome and Pasha Villa will still operate this Adventure however there would be a revised cost requirement of the Adventure based on the lower number of participants.

ACTIVITY LEVEL & GROUP EXPECTATIONS

Guests can expect quality relaxing free-time throughout this Adventure, along with a customized concierge service offering the opportunity to RSVP (pre-planning is required) to book into various regional excursions & villa activities.

To experience this unique destination and location, you will need to be able to walk or hike over a variety of terrains; including being physically able to surf, swim or horseback if you opt into these types of activities; and journey by small aircraft flights required for getting to Pasha Villa (see note below). Participants must be comfortable encountering wildlife in outdoor natural settings while residing in a shared Villa and its open-air public spaces. This villa adventure is purposefully crafted as a small-group experience in which some activities or excursions will require being pre-planned in advance whether as a group or privately as a couple or individual; in addition, dining will be enjoyed either in a group gathering family-style experience and/or independently/privately. 

Getting to Pasha Villa: In addition, participants will need to travel either by small charter jet (can be quoted based on number of total travelers) or by small internal commercial airline transportation on Sansa Airlines, from San Jose (SJO) International Airport to Santa Teresa’s (Tambor) Cobano Airport (ACO). Once at the Cobano Airport, the villa can pre-confirm ground transfers to Pasha with a 45-minute scenic drive. View all options for getting to Pasha.

With 10 spacious bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, Pasha Villa accommodates up to 20 guests, with each bedroom Suite and private bathroom similar in size and beach chic decor.

THE MAIN HOUSE VILLA

The Main House features 4-Suite bedrooms each with private bathrooms, a large open-concept including a chef kitchen, a public lounge equipped with a TV for movie-watching, plenty of outdoor living lounge spaces, a social bar and the Main pool with plush daybeds for soaking and sunbathing.

THE VILLA CASITAS

The 3 Villa Casitas are separate from the Main House, each features 2-bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, indoor-outdoor living and dining areas, along with a private plunge pool that is shared by each Villa (4 guests).

PASHA AND THE BLUE ZONE

Pasha is privileged to be located in Costa Rica, one of the highly regarded 5 Blue Zones of the world — where people live long, healthy lives due to the environment and the diets consumed by the local people. Food plays a large part in this. At Pasha, every single detail that ends up on a guest’s plate has a footprint that can be personally traced, because the villa supports the local farmers and artisan producers. Pasha selects and serves the freshest, highest quality ingredients all year-round, from locally sourced only grass-fed beef, hormone-free chicken, responsibly caught seafood, and as many locally produced and organic fruits and vegetables as possible.

All Pasha menus are regionally inspired, starting with breakfast. Perfectly balanced meals range from sweet to savory options, including Costa Rican seasonal delicacies. Costa Rica is one of the biggest producers of single-origin coffee beans, which is why the kitchen is always equipped throughout the day with an Espresso Machine and traditional pour-over coffee brewer, including teas and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages. For lunches and dinners, the Pastha team of Chefs prepare mouth-watering farm-field-ocean-to-table meals, white catering to any dietary restrictions or allergies guests may have including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $2500 per person (non-refundable)

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE: MAY 15, 2025

This Adventure requires 20 people to operate at the price quoted; if less participants join, than this Adventure can still occur however a change in cost will be incurred depending on final guest count.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Adventure operates with pre-set established payment terms as noted.

Adventure is 100% non-refundable (this applies to all deposits and final payments).

This Adventure requires 10-16 people to operate at the price quoted; even if less participants join, the Adventure can still operate however an increase in cost would occur, which Thirdhome will advise all participants.

Thirdhome strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance in order to participate in an Adventure. The unexpected can (and frequently does) happen, and especially after the final payment is made the cancellation penalties can be costly. A travel protection plan can cover you for many unexpected disruptions you may encounter as specified in the plan, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delays, baggage loss or delay, emergency medical expense, emergency medical evacuation, and more.

Important Note: Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance is required to be purchased within 14-days of confirming your Adventure participation (once you have paid an Adventure deposit and/or Final Payment); otherwise Standard Insurance can be purchased at any time prior to your departure.

Per the policy, the optional CFAR coverage “must be purchased within 14 days of the date the initial Payment or Deposit is paid and insure the cost of any subsequent arrangement(s) added to the same Covered Trip within 14 days of the date of Payment or Deposit for any such subsequent Covered Trip arrangement(s); and this insurance coverage is purchased for the full cost of all non-refundable prepaid Covered Trip arrangements.” If you do not meet these requirements, you may be ineligible for reimbursement of a CFAR claim. What this means is, you must insure 100% of your trip costs on the same plan, including components of your trip you have booked separately from ThirdHome, such as airline tickets, excursions, rental car, etc. In simplified terms, you must insure each component of your trip within 14 days of making the travel arrangement, and in order to quality for the benefits under Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, all travel components you have paid for require being insured under one travel insurance umbrella.

Any traveler that elects not to purchase travel insurance, agrees to release Thirdhome and its tour operation partners from liability for any loss of funds incurred due to the cancellation of a specific Thirdhome Adventure as a result of, but not limited to, an act of God, a failure to purchase travel insurance, the cessation of business with respect to a tour operator/ground operator partnered services, and/or the failure of a tour operator/ground operator to refund consumer deposits or payments following the cancellation of a Thirdhome Adventure or a material failure to complete the operation of any Thirdhome Adventure.

Thirdhome Adventures reserves the right to modify, change or cancel itinerary accommodations and/or alter tour routing and operations, if conditions beyond our control and that of our travel partners who operate our journeys, require such alterations thereof due to any unforeseen circumstances.
