How CAN I Log IN?

A user account is not needed to view Adventures, however, when you would like to reserve your first Adventure, you will be prompted to log in and create a username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to complete purchases, manage your account and view your upcoming Adventures. Click here to create a login

THIRDHOME members can simply log in with their existing Exchange account username and password. Click here to log in

How CAN I Reserve An adventure?

Secure your spot on an upcoming Adventures by clicking “Add to Cart” at the bottom of each Adventure page. Customize you cart with the desired number of travelers in your group along with any prompted add-ons. Next, select “Proceed to Check Out” and enter your preferred payment method along with required fields.

What are Premium Experiences?

These experiences can be reserved for an additional cost to allow travelers to further enhance their Adventure itinerary and engage with the destination’s local culture. Each Premium Experience is exclusive and offered with limited availability.

What does Double Occupancy mean?

The listed retail price of each Adventure is based on two travelers sharing accommodations. If one desires to travel solo, there will be a single supplement cost added onto the original retail price.

What is a single OR an extra person supplement?

A single supplement is a travel industry premium charge for solo travelers when they occupy a room alone. Sometimes an Adventure will operate with the ability to add-on an extra adult or child into one’s accommodations, which will incur an extra person supplement cost.

Who can go on an adventure?

Adventures are open to everyone, however top-tier members of THIRDHOME receive priority booking status for every Adventure. Some Adventures have age requirements which will be noted clearly within the page description.

Need to cancel or change a reservation?

WHAT FORMS of payment ARE accepted?

THIRDHOME Adventures accepts all major credit cards. Personal checks, Exchange Club monetary credits and Keys are not accepted for payment.

Are there any current promotions?

Yes, as a first-time purchaser of an Adventure, you may be eligible for a First-Purchase Discount Offer on select qualifying Adventures. To be eligible for the offer, you must sign up and consent to receiving communications from THIRDHOME Adventures. You can sign up for this offer by clicking the button, “Current Promotions”, on the top right corner of the Adventure Homepage and completing the pop-up form.
